**Past Happenings**

October 2014: Elphie "pulls" off her Working Weight Dog (WWD) pulling title, attaining the Versatility Greater Swiss (VGS) award. Then two weeks later achieves the Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) obedience title, earning her Versatility Greater Swiss Excellent (VGSX). All before the age of 2 1/2!

August 2014: Bee wins High In Trial (HIT) on both days of Obedience Trials at the Summer Classic shows at the polo fields in Chargin Falls, OH

Spring 2014: Elphie jumps her way to AKC Novice Agility and Novice Agility Jumpers titles.

April 2014: Elphie attains both her Novice Draft Dog and Draft Dog titles on the same weekend.

January 2014: Jethro is the first Swissy to ever attain an AKC PACH (Preferred Agility Championship) Title

 

December 2013: Bee finishes in 10th Place in the Utility Class at the AKC Obedience Classic in Orlando, FL

 

March 2013: Bee earns her Utility Dog Excellent (UDX) title at the Cleveland All Breed Training Club Obedience Trial

December 2012 : Jethro Takes High Swissy at the 2012 AKC Eukanuba National Agility Invitational in Orlando

October 2012 : Bee earns High In Trial and High Combined at the Youngstown Obedience Trial

October 2012 : Jethro earns his WWDX & WWDS at the SwissAthalon

July 2012 : Bee qualifies 3 out of 3 times in Utility Obedience at the DDTC trial and earns her Utility Dog title!

June 2012 : Jethro earns High Combined at the Lakeshore Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club Regional Specialty in IL

December 2011: We attended the Crown Classic and Washingtonville Agility Trials

  • Jethro and Steve had great runs at the Crown Classic (I-X Center, Cleveland, OH) agility trial over the long weekend of December 15 – 17, 2011.  Jethro not only qualified, but placed 1 st , in Excellent A Standard Preferred Thursday and Friday, earning legs 2 and 3 for his AXP (Agility Excellent Preferred) title! 

  • Jethro also had 2 qualifying runs in Excellent B Jumpers with Weaves Preferred, earning legs 9 and 10 for his MJP (Master Jumpers Preferred) and placing 3 both runs! Jethro is now:
    CH Shadetree Xenia of TwinPine, UDX, RE, AXP, MJP, MDD, BDD, WWD, VGSX

  • Bee is coming along nicely in her agility runs.  At the Washingtonville, OH trial over the weekend of December 3 rd and 4 th, she Double Q’d both days, earning legs 2 and 3 in Novice Jumpers with Weaves for her NAJ (Novice Agility Jumpers) title!  She also earned standard legs 1 and 2 in Novice Agility. 

  • At the Crown Classic, December 15 – 17, 2011, she earned leg 3 with a 3 rd placement in her standard Novice class for the NA (Novice Agility) title! She also earned legs 1 and 2 in Open Jumpers with Weaves (Thursday’s qualifying leg was good enough for a 4 th placement), as well as leg 1 in Open standard.  Bee is now:
    One Ash The Golden Bee, CDX, GN, RE, NA, NAJ


November 2011: We attended the Queen City Agility Trial in Cincinnati with Jethro and Bee

  • Bee took first place in her Novice Jumpers with Weaves class on Saturday with a 100 and 8 seconds below course time

 

  • Jethro placed second in the Excellent Jumpers with Weaves 20" Preferred Class.  He earned his 8th Master Jumpers leg and 7 PACH points!

 

October 2011: We had a wonderful week at the 2011 GSMDCA National Specialty in North Carolina

  • Jethro earned his Master Draft Dog title

  • Jethro earned one 20x weight pull leg

  • Jethro became the first Swissy ever to get High Combined at an obedience trial, he also earned High in Trial at the National Specialty obedience trial
  • Jethro was awarded the
    OFA Champion of Health Award
